My New Spirit Sister and other best things of the day....

Jace sent his guys to Prescott this morning to finish 2 houses. So guess who he chose to be his helper today? Yep, Me, Macy, Noah, and Ezra. We drove from Taylor to Heber to Pinetop to Show Low, back to Lakeside, then back home -fixing leaks, picking up $, playing with customer's dogs, using their toilets (I swear Noah doesn't know we have indoor plumbing at our house yet - he likes to use everyone elses), a Home Depot run, and two stops at the supply shops. Well, if my Mom would have been at the dinner table tonight she would have asked me "What was your best thing today?" and I would have replied, "At the 1st supply shop stop today we had our usual encounter with the anti-mormon, smoking outside the front door, employee. Jace calls out, "Hello Sister Ryan" - something I'm sure Jace has called her before (he loves to torture people). I suppress a laugh and look up for her response. She looks right in my eyes and says, "I went to a hippie convention one time and they said "Welcome Home Sister" - so I'm used to it." I laughed. Out loud. Loud. Looked up for the response. No smile. No laugh. She meant it." Did you have to be there? Probably. But Sister Ryan.....my thanks to you .....it made me smile and topped my best thing of the day list.

I don't know your husband, but he has guts. And that is hilarious.

Oh, I love those days that they think you have nothing better to do than what they want....but yet those are some of the most memorable and fun days?! Thanks for sharing.

Lindsay, aren't you talented. I had mom here looking at it with me this morning. She sure loved your music and that great story. Your husband is pretty entertaining. Can you see Chaz saying that to someone?

Hey Lindsay!! I just found your blog through Hallie:) I'm so glad you decided to blog. I had a similar post the day I began. Tyler still doesn't know I made our own;)

I can't believe your moving! Well, actually I can hearing stories about Jace;) Where will you move? Bummer about Jace's foot--hope it heals quick. Ok I'll stop rambling. Take care!

Oh and as for this post--Jace is hilarious.
